The Brenda Photo Challenge (4-10-10) Black and White

I had every intentions of being very prepared for this challenge. I wrote the date down and had it sitting right on my desk so I wouldn't forget. That would have worked IF I was actually sitting at my desk. Lucky for me I was reading Donna's blog this morning and saw her entry.
So here are my entries
a white church in black and white
a white Easter lilly in black and white
And a little white Westie in living color. A black and white photo challenge would not be complete without Duke.
Go to the challenge blog to see who else is participating.

Ok, first and foremost, Duke is a doll! I love that church photo. I could look at it all day long.

I wouldn't want to look at it all day, but I agree, that church shot is great! Nice post work on it too.

LOL, how funny that your dog is a perfect black and white subject! I love how you created the textured church image. Wowsers! And the flower is beautiful as well. OK, I think I've got a 3-way tie for my favorite!

Thom thank you very much, doesn't take much to make the dog look cute. you have a great week yourself

Really lovely images, and Duke is such a character in color or B&W!

SquirrelQueen said...

Duke is absolutely adorable, what a cutie. Monochrome gives the church a very dramatic look, great shot.

Thanks for stopping by, I am running so far behind on visiting.

Ann said...

Tammy,he has that affect on people

sharkbytes yes he sure is and thanks

squirrelqueen I love the look of monochrome it can make a rather dull picture look quite striking sometimes. don't feel bad about running behind. I may be caught up on the blogs but way behind in everything else...lol
