an offer I can't refuse

I got an email from Amanda the other day.

Ian and I went to the butterfly pavilion and insect center in denver on Saturday and I just thought i'd send you a few pictures showing you how wonderful my pictures turned out. You're not the only one thats obsessed with her camera ;)

Then I got a text message saying that I could use the pictures for my blog since I was feeling uninspired. So I decided to take her up on her offer. Here's the pictures she sent me.
It could be my eyes but the pictures look a little on the blurry side here. The ones she sent me aren't though. Maybe I fuzzed them up when I shrunk them to post. Well either way thank you Amanda. And she's still the bestest daughter.

I don't think they are fuzzy. The colors are so vibrant and I just love the butterfly. Beautiful shots.

A few years ago our zoo had a butterfly exhibit where you can go in and interact with the butterflies. I remember that we spent well over an hour in there; with my daughters having the time of their lives with the butterflies landing all over them. I still remember a bright, neon blue one that landed on my eldest daughter's arm. Of course, I didn't have a camera (what else is new).

Sadly there werent that many butterflies but the one in Niagara Falls omg there are TONS of butterfies there. This one is small compared to the one in Canada as well but I dont care cuz at least I got to see butterflies and pretty flowers. My favorite flower pic is the Orange one btw....Glad you blogged my pics mom and today I dont feel really the bestest at anything so thanks for saying.

I love butterflies...i remember taking the kids to a butterfly farm a few years ago and there were huge exotic butterflies which kept landing on the girls head...maybe they thought the blonde curls were nectar...they were fascinated!

I could reminisce the day I went to a butterfly garden last year. It was a wonderful experience to see beautiful and lovely butterflies flying around the garden with their soft and delicate wings. These photos remind me of that unforgettable moment.
Nice post! I am glad to know that your daughter Amanda gave you the inspiration. ^_^
