Splish Splash

I've got a surprise for you today. I finally worked on making a video. Can you guess what it is?
Since this is the first one I've done, I have to admit that it's far from perfect. Somehow I managed to wipe out the sound. I think you'll enjoy it though and find it quite entertaining.

Just a reminder that the Dukester is turning 3 on Friday and there's still time to RSVP for his party. My posts don't publish until 7:00 PM so consider this the beginning of his party. Guests can arrive any time between now and Friday. It's not every day that Duke has a birthday so we may as well make this a big celebration.  In case you missed you're invitation to the party you can check it out HERE

Duke is quite the water dog. Cute video, but I'm pretty partial to Duke too.

I've a post set up to post in the morning at 12:05 am. I hope Duke likes it.

Have a terrific day. My very best to Duke. :)

Have a great evening.

Duke sure does get around! Next thing you know, he'll be wearing a cape and flying through the air. Good boy, Duke.

Duke is an excellent swimmer. Every dog should have a place where it can swim. They love it so much.

Ta-Da! Excellent job on your first video; and isn't Duke just too cute motoring around the pool doing his lap? :o) Weren't you just jumping up and down when you finished it? I remember I was (after saying some really ugly things to my computer, that is *grin*)

Oh goodness, that looked so refreshing! Duke is good at using the pool steps.

Duke sure does love his pool! Good job on the video. It's nice to see little Duke in action.

OMG, that was the funniest thing! I bet Duke simply loves to go in! He dips like me: Stand on the deck and look at the pool, contemplating how cold it is. Then, step down to the first step, still looking at the pool contemplating if it is cold enough to take your breath away. Then after a quick look up - jump in...best to just get it over with. Swim a lap around, then head for the stairs. Get back up on the deck (only I don't shake like Duke does)! Too funny!

You can see how Duke loves the water. Nice way to cool off. Looks like you are going to think of a new career. I would call it: Ann's Video Shack.LOL

I combined Duke's birthday post with the Theme Thursday post. (My blog usually gets more visitors on TT day and I wanted to share his birthday with as many people as possible).

Love the video. He is so adorable. I think he knows it too. Happy Birthday Dukester. ((( HUGS! )))

What a great video! Duke is quite the brave one, scaling the stairs and all :) I can't wait to get Louis to the lake to see what he thinks about the water!

Ye gads - I was here last night and forgot to leave a comment. I was all caught up in Duke's antics...

Sandee he loves the water

Marg you can post whenever you like.

Beaded tail it's always a treat watching him in the pool. I never get tired of it :)

Tanyia lol he can't get enough of it

Urban cowboy Super Duke, yeah I can see that. Although he could put on a cowboy hat and ride some bucking broncos too :)

Ratty Duke does great in the water. I had a chocolate lab before Duke that absolutely hated the water. You would have thought being a lab she would have loved it. go figure

Bossy Betty isn't he though. I wish I would have got the paw action he gets going just before he jumps in.

allotments4you he sure loves to swim

Vanilla seven. aww too bad.

FishHawk Duke better get a hair cut then.

Jen I think I did mutter a few unsavory words while I was putting this together. Maybe one of these days I'll figure out how you do yours :)

Daisy It amazed me the first time I saw him do it. Very rarely does he need any help getting out

Sheri Stills are good but it can't compare to seeing it as it goes along

Lisa it is hysterical to watch him. He's even gotten brave enough that he no longer waits for permission to go in. If he wants to swim bad enough he just goes for it. Can't leave him out there alone :)

Russ Yes he sure does love it. I've never had a dog that was that in to swimming

Jean I'm sure he would love the company

Sharkbytes a yellow Duke just wouldn't look right...lol

Sugar Duke says thanks Sugar. Hope you enjoy your weekend

Sandee, got it. and loved it :)

Leeuna really enjoyed the post. Duke was so happy with the friends you brought along :)

DSS, we've never taken Duke to the lake before, I'm sure he would love it just as much though. Hope Louis enjoys it

Grace, oh that's ok. As long as you enjoyed the video that's all that matters. :)
