Who's cute

I should have done this post yesterday because after you see the pictures I'm sure you'll agree that it would qualify for Sandee's Awww Monday meme over at Comedy Plus.
The other day I was sitting at my computer reading all my favorite blogs and Duke walked in. I heard him jump up in the chair that I have in front of my sewing machine. When I turned around I saw this.

Naturally I had to grab the camera and start taking pictures. It was a little dark in the room so I had to use the flash and apparently Duke wasn't real thrilled with it. He tried to hide.

Nice try Duke but I can still see you and it must makes you look all that much cuter. He finally sat up and gave me the look that says "KNOCK IT OFF NOW".  I didn't listen to him though.
There are a few more that I took after this one but they are all of him looking straight ahead refusing to look at the camera.

This is why I love dogs! Just minding their own business and being so cute about it! Hard to imagine but I guess he was comfortable with his nose wedged in there.

Awww...you could do an Awww...Mondays shot of Duke every single day. He's a cutie pie.

I took the one of Duke with the new kerchief you made him. He'll be showing up one of these Mondays with a link back to you.

Have a terrific day. My best to Duke. :)

You know I really do believe that you have his feelings and what he was saying down pat - I think he was hiding and then giving you an evil look - lol. What a cutie pie!

Oh goodness me Duke ..... now you have made me feel tired too .... these pictures worked better than a yawn. Ann you will have to sell them for people who suffer from insomnia - it will surely be a cure and a good one too. Three pictures of Duke in a row - with a warning of course not to look at them before you go out driving!

They are simply wonderful! :)

Oh yah! That's our Duke! You have to enter that picture somewhere. It's contest material! It's way too cute!

Thanks for stopping by Elyse's blog. She started keeping it so that family can keep track of her life when she moves away to grad school next year but has found that she really loves blogging!

I would sure love for Duke to come by and help settle down Grayson, our littlest puppy. For it has been lightning and thundering around here fairly continuously for well over an hour now, and this little Yorkie doesn't want to go to bed, nor be held. In fact, the only thing he wants is to be petted, and I am not coordinated enough to do that and type at the same time!

Thankfully, the tornadoes went north and south of us again, and Joplin, which is around 60 miles to the west southwest of us, was spared another hit. A tornado came close, but it slide just to the north of town.

I see that the photographical harassment committee is alive and well (and taking pictures) at your house too. We have one set up here; I should know as I'm the Chairman *grin*.

Too funny!!! He is just like my kids, they don't want their picture taken (well, I must admit that I too shy away from the camera, but don't tell them that - lol). Hugs, antonella :-)
