Asking for a little help from my friends

I just love the chance to play in Photoshop. Sometimes I like what I get and sometimes I don't but I always have fun.
I dug this picture out of an old file the other day
Now I know that this picture is no photographic wonder, but I like it. I said to myself, "Self, lets see if we can make this picture better" Of course I agreed and set out to tackle the job.

When I was finished it looked a little something like this

Actually, it looked exactly like that but it really isn't finished. I wanted to put a quote or something on the left hand side. Now here's where you come in. Give me suggestions. It can be a quote, saying or just a single word. What would you put on this picture. Tell me in the comment section. If I choose your suggestion I'll send you a little prize. What that prize is I just don't know yet but it will be something.
How about one more look. Side by side, before and after

I'm terrible at these kinds of things. Really terrible.

All I can think of is Duke wanting to go outside and play in the pool. It must be all the blue I'm seeing through the window. When you white it out then there isn't anything to indicate there's a pool anywhere. Sigh.

Have a terrific day. My best to Duke. :)

I love Duke no matter what or where or how, but all I kept thinking is "Oh, that must've been back when he wasn't neutered yet" LOL (I know, I'm bad!)

Oh my goodness, I LOVE what you did with that picture! BOW-WOW, that is downright special!!!

How about this - A dear friend will always help you walk in the light.

I love that photo! A quote huh? Hmmm, how about: "Never look back unless you are planning to go that way." I'm not good at those things!

Wow, this Photoshop thing is amazing! I need to get it.

Hmmm, I am not good with word at all. When I first saw the all white background I thought of a butterfly and Duke's thought would be "to chase or not to chase."

"Into The Mystic". That is the title of an old Van Morrison song. And I didn't think about this, it just came to me really strongly. Because everything is all white and pure, and he looks like he is heading to some mystical place.

Duke reflection ... I have such a wonderful life with a mom and dad who adore and love me so much. What I wouldn't do to actually tell them that.

I ♥ Photoshop, too.

I can never thing of anything to caption my cats photos, so I'm afraid I'm no help whatsoever.

Normally I'm not too bad with this kind of stuff, but I seem to be drawing a big fat blank right now. Oh well *sigh*.
I sure do love that Photoshopped version!

The photo itself is meaningful indeed. To put a quote is a good idea, but I just can't choose one. I'll sit and wait :)

We are not good at this either. Besides it is too early to think but we do like what Lin said. That was good. Take care and have a super week end.

Hi Ann...just been playing catch up again and wanted to say thanks for persevering with my total lack of posts just lately.

I'm loving the new look of your blog......so calm to read.

As for a caption I think there have been some great suggestions already but i will add one too...how about...

'Life is but a blank canvas...where thought and feelings adds the colours'.

If used as a card anything could be written inside to make it appropriate for all occasions.

love the picture Ann...you are a master at photoshop that's for sure.

I love all of the comments but I have to say I would vote for Lin's comment....

'Wade's on my floatie,Wade's on my floatie,Wade's on my floatie' with the words starting really small then getting bigger with each line.

can't wait to see what you go with

I would entitle this photo simply "Yearning!" (especially the one that has the pretty blue water/pool outside)

I think this would be great for the front of a card with MISSING YOU by Duke. It looks like he is waiting for someone to come back home.

What an amazing photo! I've been up for 24 hours, and am stranded in the airport, so I've nothing clever to submit. But I adore the photo!
