knee deep

Only one more day before Thanksgiving here in the U.S. Can you guess what I'll be doing all day today?
I'll be knee deep in breads, rolls, and pies. I think I have a cookie tray that I have to do today too.
Oh how I hope that 2:30 rolls around quick so I can go home.

I would like 3 pumpkins pies with extra whipped cream, and an assortment of cheese cakes for an early Thanksgiving morning pick-up, please. Do you deliver?

Oh man, I could go for a hunk of pecan pie right about now (and do I care that it's 4 a.m.? Um, nope ;o) Today's my baking day too, although I think it's a safe bet it won't be anywhere near as much as you girl! *laugh*

Ann ... just a little note - thought this might be of interest after our little exchange regarding salt: http://www.montrealgazette.com/health/salt+intake+also+linked+heart+disease+deaths+Study/5751888/story.html
There was a tiny mention about it in our newspapers this morning and this link.

Hope your back is well on the mend by now. x
