gotta have em

I should know better than to wear white. White sneakers to work that is. After a couple months of getting donut grease dripped on them they look disgusting. Wade already thinks I buy new shoes too often so imagine my delight when the white (in a previous life) sneakers sprung a leak in them and I had to get new ones.
This time they're black
No laces to tie and no more wet socks when I step in a puddle or slushy snow.

Those are cool shoes and it's an extra bonus that you can walk through puddles with Duke too! I need to get my mommy some of those shoes!

Woos,

I have some gray ones similar to those - best part about them is that "no laces" aspect.
I'm glad you have dry socks now.....

Very nice 'trainers (as that's what we call them in the UK!!) Ann. I always try to get my son black ones as he REALLY doesn't like to clean his shoes and white ones so quickly get grimy....
I do sometimes put them through the washing machine though, makes them come up looking lovely again..smelling sweeter too!!

Oh Ann! Aren't black ones the best?? Lovin' those black shoes. Usually the mud can just be wiped right off!

Being a boss and all, are they steel-toed?

black is perfect, so how do they stay on, is that elastic instead of laces? have not seen any like this, just velcro or laces. will they hurt your feet for a few days until they get broken in? wearing new shoes is something i dread, and even my expensive sas shoes are not comfy yet.

Speaking of working shoes, I need a new pair too. Love your new shoes, cool!

Having back and neck injuries I'm all about comfort. So a few years back I went looking for extra comfy shoes. Someone mention laceless Sketchers to me. I ended up with two pairs...one dark brown and the other white. No laces and they're so comfortable! I have a high arch and sometimes it makes it difficult to find comfy shoes. If I'm going for a walk I wear my asics from sports authority. Other than those I try to wear flip flops with everything..THH
I like your new shoes!

I need a good WARM Winter pair! The ones I have now are black Nike but they're light and airy...
I like yours though!

OK, brand name please. I can't wear lace up shoes so finding sneaks or walking shoes like those is not always easy. Right now I have some Pumas with a velcro band which comes undone and they are not good to wear when it is wet out - I slipped on the old trolley tracks which were just a bit damp. Need to know the name of those! Gotta get me some.

I love no laces. I have gotten a little lazy in my old age I guess.

Those are great looking shoes and something that our Mom would sure wear. They look very comfy. Glad you got them. Take care.

I never liked white sneakers, but for years that was all you could get. Am I reading Champion? Their quality was lacking for a couple of decades. Have they improved?

Are they pull on and why can't your feet get wet? They look nice! sandie

You are supposed to replace your gym shoes every 3 months--if you use them every day. Tell Wade I said that. :)

I like those new shoes! They are CUTE! And functional!
