Family Dive day 2

Amanda's turn today. I've done some pretty crazy things to some of Amanda's pictures but I couldn't seem to find any of them. I turned her into a flower fairy once and she wasn't impressed. It's here somewhere on my blog but I didn't feel like searching for it.
So today's pictures are just a couple ordinary shots. When it comes to taking pictures of Amanda I always focus in on her eyes and her smile.  Not much of a smile in these two so the focus was more on the eyes.
The first is just a black and white

I liked this one when I did it but now looking at it I think I went a little overboard with highlighting her eyes.

I love the first shot,,,but then I have always liked black and white photos. I think the second shot really accentuates her eyes well...they are just like yours Ann, and this picture really shows how many of your features you share..

I think they are rather intriguing - can't imagine who she looks like!

Love the first picture...I hope Amanda is impressed with this one...it's a very pretty photo.

I found the fairy. It's the March 29, 2009 post. Hmmm...I guess I'm not surprised that she wasn't impressed by that one! : )

The second one is haunting and lovely! And her eyes are beautiful in the first one...is this your daughter?

Wonderful! I agree, maybe a bit overdone on the second one, but it looks great nonetheless. :)

There is a lot to be said for a black and white photo.
