Lost in space

Yes, I believe that possibly my brain is lost in space somewhere. Sunday I was making myself a cup of coffee. I added the sugar then reached in the refrigerator for my york peppermint patty creamer, popped the top and poured. Wait, my creamer doesn't have a pull tab top on it. Funny but my creamer also doesn't come in an aluminum can. It seems I opened a can of iced tea and poured that in my coffee. I laughed hysterically when I realized what I did and Wade? He did his typical eye roll.

Duke is a happy camper. Just look at all the floor space he has now when he hangs out with me in the craft room.

So the computer is a yes and no situation. It is working but not well. I was able to get my pictures downloaded so that's a good thing. It took me 10 minutes to go through 3 emails though. Surprisingly when I told Wade about it he didn't give me the typical interrogation about what I did wrong. Guess it was pretty good for a Monday. Hope today goes just as well.

We all make those 'blunders' every now and then hehe. Duke looks quite happy there doesn't he?!
Sorry to hear about your computer.
Have a great Tuesday!

That is the tidiest craftroom I ever did see.

And then there's the old..." Hmmmm, I opened this refrigerator, what was I after?" I can forget things in the blink of an eye. I have even been known to put my coffee cup in the fridge. Sheesh.

Oh, I do that sort of stuff all the time. ;)

I couldn't access the internet on Saturday--seems the Dell installed McAffe went haywire and everyone was having problems. Dell said that 90% of their calls were regarding that quirk on Saturday. My point--it's not always your fault. Tell Wade I said so. ;)

I've done some silly things like that! Sometimes I find it funny and other times I get frustrated with myself. LOL Duke looks very happy with all that space! Happy week to you!

I've got high hopes for Tuesday - no particular reason - just a feeling...

Isn't that funny when we do stuff like that.... You certainly have a clean craft room! Mine does NOT look like that!

It looks like Duke needs lots of toys and treats to fill up all that space now! Glad you got your photos! Funny about the iced tea in the coffee! Sometimes our autopilot goes haywire huh?

I think all of us have done this at one time or another. I know I have. I just want to know if you tasted it? Just asking.

Duke is a handsome young man indeed. I'm sure he knows it too.

It's time for a new computer.

Have a terrific day. My best to Duke. :)

Hope that your computer continues to improve. Did you do a free scan? I can't recall what it's called, Dr. something or other, LOL, it will tell you what the problem/s is/are.

And of course, Duke....you're one handsome dude!!!

I literally had to LOL on the creamer confusion. That's what I'd diagnose as HALFheimerz.

wow, duke could put on 2 pairs of skates and have a great time in the clean room. i fixed my cup of coffee, and put my sweetener in put my dry creamer in, stirred it and put my sweetener in and my dry creamer in and did not even know it until i gagged when i took my first swallow. did you taste it to see if we should all use tea in our coffee? bob puts ice cubes in his.

Oh look at that cute doggie. What a great picture. That business of the ice tea sounds like something I would do. I lost my bananas that I thought I had gotten at the grocery and even checked the fridge. They weren't in there. At least you didn't lose your bananas. Take care.

Duke is your true buddy there. Is there any way to fix the computer? sandie

Well, your day is going better than mine because I was wondering why you were acting like it was not Monday.
I forgot it was Tuesday today.

Maybe I can come and lay down next to Duke.

I am glad I am not the only one to do goofy stuff...I would love to have a Duke to keep me company...he is so darn cute. :)

What a coincident, a few minutes ago I was tidy up the kitchen for the night. I wrapped some left over and instead of putting the food in the refrigerator I put the plastic wrap in the refrigerator. lol

Heehee I almost sprayed my hair with Lysol instead of hairspray, they are both blue and sit next to each other on the counter. Duke is looking mighty handsome!

Hi Ann, We all do crazy things like that... At my age, I call it a Senior Moment --when I do things to make hubby roll his eyes... ha

Bet your craft room is gorgeous --and all neat and clean now... Duke would like it EITHER way though I'm sure.
Hugs,
Betsy

I like to think of those "what the hell am I doing" instances as my menopause moments... it's good to have something to blame. ;)

I have discovered that I don't like the taste of mixed coffee and tea. How about you?
