I'm still going strong with my diet and exercise program. I've been doing around 30 minutes of exercise on most days and I log everything I eat in my lose it app on my kindle.
Since I registered online with Lose it, the web site keeps track of my progress and awards me with badges when I hit certain marks.
My kindle hasn't been connected to the internet recently so there may be more badges waiting for me. If I don't connect to the internet with my kindle the web site doesn't get the information from the app.
Any way, aside from that I've been doing a whole lot of nothing. I haven't been in the mood for the computer so that is the reason for my absence. We did get our new internet connection hooked up and although it's been reliable, it's slow. Not only that but we can't get the wireless router to work with it so the only computer that has internet access is my desktop. Hopefully we'll get that figured out and we'll be able to use the laptops again.
