Remembering Duke

If you look on my sidebar today you'll notice something new. It's the Our Rainbow Friends Memory Badge.
That will take you to the Our Rainbow Friends site where you can see all fur babies who have crossed the rainbow bridge. Duke was added there yesterday for the month of September.

Before Duke left us he did get to see the work in the back yard and gave his paw of approval on the patio section that we put in.

Here's a sweet little Duke face a rough pastels effect added in photoshop elements

The picture of Duke on the Rainbow site is one of his best...sweet little boy. I have never seen this site before. Your portrait of him is just beautiful.

I sure loved Duke. Probably not as much as you, but I'm in the top five. He was a good boy.

Have a terrific day my friend. ♥♥♥

Thank you for letting us know about that awesome site! Oh yeah, it has been added to the Sites To See list. By the way, when are you going to have some pictures of Duchess for us to see?

There is Duke in all his handsomeness. He was such a loved guy and had such a nice life. He was taken too soon, but I'm sure you made each others lives so much better in those seven years.

It's so darn sad. :( I miss Duke. I miss his silly face and photos of him jumping in the pool. For a little guy, he sure left a big imprint on our hearts.

Ahhh--what a Sweetie.. I know it's still very hard for you to realize that he is gone. Don't you still look for him when you get home from work???? It's hard ---I've been there!

Duke has many friends with him in his new heavenly home...

God Bless, Ann.
Hugs,
Betsy

Rainbow bridge always makes me cry as I have several furry friends waiting for me to cross over that bridge someday. It's always hard to let them go.
Duke was so special to you and your photos of him are just so sweet.

It's such a bummer that they don't get to live as long as we do. Glad Duke had the summer.
