The Gibbs report

Hello blogger peeps. Do you feel spring in the air?

A certain person, who shall remain nameless, almost didn't post my report today.  I really must do something about her. Good help is hard to find these days.

The calendar says it's spring time but it is still cold here. It was rainy yesterday and my paws got all muddy every time I had to attend to business.

Mom left me home alone yesterday and when she came back she had this dreadful wire box. She made me sleep in it last night. I cried and cried but she wouldn't let me out. She's really not as nice as I thought she was.

Well that is all the news I have for this week. Have a woof woof day.

your mommy is so smart.. you will come to love that wire box. Jake has not had to use his for a couple of years but he still likes to sleep in it.. that wire box will turn you into a good boy... Jake slept in his for 6 years because of mischief at night. hang in their mommy, it will work

good help is hard to find these days! so true and so funny, Gibbs!
the wire box is only to help you. Rambo had a wire box because he liked to eat leather couches while I was at work. :) and yes, I still love him. :)

I've threatened the kennel here a few times, but how would I stay warm?

The wire box does not make the humans happy either. They would love to have you snuggle in bed with them at night but you're still young and you have lots to learn. Patience my little friend.

Yes, you have much to learn grasshopper and you will learn or you'll be in that wire box way longer than you want. You need to do better at being a puppy. I'm just saying.

Have a woof woof day. My best to your wonderful mom. ♥♥♥

Aww, poor little Gibbsy. Have you been rather naughty, so mom has to leave you in the box? I will not believe it. I say you are an angel all the time. I did notice that mom is a bit late posting. But your photo, WOW!! It looks like a fine painting.

OH Gibbs, you will learn to love that wire box. It will become your own little safe place. I bet the Mom will put some toys in there for you too and some nice bones to chew and it will teach you to be a good boy. And when you are good, good things will happen to you.

Hi Ann, sounds like you're trying the tough love potting training . . . it worked for Butchy and didn't take more than a couple weeks. Much better than the three months we spend before trying it :) Gibbs will be okay . . . but it is the hardest on us . . . no one likes hearing their baby cry.
Have a lovely week and keep smiling.
Connie :)

little Gibbs- I think you have the power to banish the wire box. You have only to figure out what it is.

Poor Gibbs! We hope you begin to feel like your wire box is a safe place so you don't cry anymore. Our mommy can't stand it when babies cry and we bet your mom feels the same way.

Well Gibbs----Obviously you need that wire box... Otherwise, your Mom wouldn't make you stay in it... SO--maybe it's time for you to learn to behave.. If you do what you need to do, she wouldn't have to use that cage!!!!! You'll learn --I'm sure...

Hugs,
Betsy

Oh, but you will come to like it, I think. It keeps you out of trouble and then nobody will yell your name loudly anymore.

Awww....no troubles here but Libby has Buddy to keep company with at night so she's not into anything, but sleep. They wear themselves out during the day, playing.
