What I did in August

You may remember me telling you that after we did our craft show my friend Debbie and I decided to have a challenge for the next year. This will hopefully keep us both motivated to do some crafting before next year rolls around

The challenge is for each of us to pick one craft for the month and make as many of that one thing as we can. At the end of the month we show each other what we got done.

My craft for the month of August was the 10 minute table runner.
I made a total of 10 of them. There are 9 full size ones and one small one. I showed you one of these a while back but I wanted to post how many I actually finished for the month.

Here's a closer look at the fabrics choices

Really clever idea, I like the way you have folded it back with a button on each end.

Hi Ann, your table runners are lovely and I love the challenge that the two of you have going. That is so smart. By the time the next craft fair rolls around you will be well stocked with fresh new items. Very clever!!!

First off.....I'm playing catch up a bit with your blogging....and Awwwwww, Gibbs is adorable. And loved the special effect with the last photo on that post previously.

Now, the table runners....they're gonna be a hot selling item to be sure. Good job. Love the colors.

Really, 10 minutes table runner? I think it probably take me 10 hours on each.

Hi, I am visiting from dear Connie's blog. I see your challenge of making one craft a month. I did some of those 10 Minute table runners one year. I think it took me more than 10 minutes! Am wondering what your next craft will be for the month! Maybe I can get some ideas! Nancy
