Not much of anything

No I'm not feeling like an angry bird but I am hoping that today goes fast. It's going to be a very long day.

I went to physical therapy on Tuesday and it was mostly her asking questions and checking a few things. I go again today so we'll see what happens. She did give me a few very basic very simple exercises to do and she also gave me a lift for my shoe. I'm supposed to wear it in the shoe opposite of which hip hurts. I did wear it yesterday and I guess it helped a little.

Since I feel like I'm just rambling and not saying much of anything I'm going to cut this short and end here.

I remember one time I had a very sore back. The therapist gave me a whole bunch of exercises to stretch muscles. The chiropractor popped my spine a few times...Bud told me to 'suck it up' and get on with life. I took HIS WORD as gold and before I knew it...I was okay again.

LOL

You would think the lift in your shoe would 'cause more hurt. What do I know?

Hopefully some relief is in store. The best thing that helps me is a good walk and some stretching exercise.

That is interesting to hear about that. I am with Hootin, in that I would think a lift would make things hurt more. We sure hope all of this helps you.

well i hope today is better than yesterday and that you learn some things to do that bring relief... working with pain is not a good thing. at least retired with pain is better.

Physical therapy works. Just do what she tells you and as much as she tells you. You'll be amazed at the results.

Have a fabulous day Ann. Big hug to you and scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

Yes, it is much of something!! I love crows, they are very smart! And this one looks so mad, but probably it is just the way his face is. Plus, something else...I have been wanting to know how the therapy is going!

That is a fabulous photo! P/T is the only reason I'm still walking...if your therapist is good, you'll be feeling fine in no time. People are asking about the lift in the shoe - could be many things including one hip is higher than the other and the lift evens out your stance...

Here's to hoping all of that works to ease your pain. It will be worth the work if it does.
