I've known how Duke feels. I hope it's the "looking forward to..." dreaming, and not the lonely one. They can both be great, but they can also both be very rough.

It was bonfire night here yesterday .... the poor cat has been hiding behind a big chair ... tonight has been like World War III and she just doesn't know what to do with herself. You will probably think I'm crackers but I actually took her outside last night in order for her to 'spend a penny' she was so desperate ... and got as far as one of the crock garden ornaments before she wet the ground. Fortunately, or may be not it was raining ... so she required a goodly rubbing with the towel to dry her coat when she followed me back in.
Lucy is very cute but so are we Duke!
