Complete Frustration
Internet issues persist and I think Wade is about to pull out the last of his hair over phone calls trying to straighten things out.
I'm making this very short so I can get it scheduled before the connection goes out again.
Lame, yes, but it's the best I can do. Not only am I lacking in internet time but I'm also lacking in motivation.

Can you not make them send someone out or something? Is it just a question of them not knowing anything? Or not being well trained? Bad customer service, for sure.

ReplyDeleteAnn, I truly relate. My wireless internet has become very s-l-o-w. I live in a rural area so wireless is my only option. It is very tiresome to wait for stuff to upload.:(
