Abracadabra

If only that magical word really worked. I seem to be doing more disappearing acts lately than your average magician.
I have no valid excuses to offer either. With the exception of the 40 hours a week that I'm committed to my employer, I've had no ambition or even desire to do anything.
I can't promise that I am back but I will promise that any future posts will not sound whiny like this one.

Duke and I will go curl up in my purple robe and try and get over whatever it is that has it's hooks in me.

  1. Duke is looking shiny and beautiful today. We all get into slumps, it will pass.

  6. When in doubt - blame it on allergy season! Makes me feel like I have no energy - but then I take a sinus pill and feel better...sounds like you need a vacation away from the old homestead ... Wade should take you to the beach or someplace fun ... you know have your toes in the sand and a drink in the hand.

Sending you good wishes for the rest of the week - we want our Ann back!

  10. Working 40 hours a week and blogging can be a lethal concoction for putting it's whiny hooks into any woman. Completely understand.

  17. I've been in that position many times. This time of year spring fever is rampant yet it can be overwhelming with all the added things that can be done now that the weather is nice. Just take your time and find your oomph!

  21. I had a difficult April...just wanted to hideaway...everything was an effort. Now that I am starting to feel better and the sun is out my creativity is returning....life is better.

  22. It's hard to blog when work is demanding. I'm going through that too--I'm just too tired (and busy) after working all day and I need to get some things done around the house too.

No worries--You will come back to it when you can and when you feel like it. :) Until then, we will wait...patiently.

  23. Ann, you have been thru a lot. Take it easy on yourself! Take photos of your yard or even show us the area where you work or, my personal favorite, take photos of Duke. :)
