I do like to add some season decorations here and there though. Last weekend, or it may have been the weekend before, I lose track of time, I pulled out a few things and made a fall arrangement for my coffee table.
I love the glow of candle light
Everything I used for this I already had except for the glass vase.
We're supposed to have a cold and rainy weekend. I can't decide if I want to hide out in my craft room or huddle under a blanket on the couch. Maybe a little of both
A little of both sounds like a plan!! You did an awesome job on your candle decoration! I bet it smells really good too! Happy Weekend!
ReplyDeleteI agree a little bit of both sounds good! I like what you've done with that candle decoration, love the colours. Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty arrangement! I love decorating, but I haven't got round to it yet!
ReplyDeleteLove your arrangement. Perfectly fall!
ReplyDeleteHave a cozy and crafty weekend!
That looks pretty!
ReplyDeleteI think a little of both would be the perfect plan.
Stay warm Ann!

I'd have the blanket handy....the candle glowing and a good book to read --- let the rains come!!
ReplyDeletePersonally, I think your candle with acorns, etc. is perfect!!! Is it scented?
lots of sales around me, headed out to see some nice crafts

ReplyDeletethe candle decoration is beautiful and so are the photos of it.. i love candlelight, even in daytime and with it being gray and rainy, you will need that sparkle. i vote you do some of both...
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Ann, I think that your candle arrangement is lovely and I'll just bet it smells sensational. Rainy days where made for cuddling up with a blanket and a good book. I'm sure that Duke would love to keep you company and even keep your feet warm :)
ReplyDeleteI missed that chain saw art that you posted on the 17th. Wow, I love that.
Have a relaxing rainy day,
Your blogging sister, Connie :)
I think you do a grand job of decorating.
ReplyDeleteI have neither the talent, ability, or inclination to decorate - you know me and my minimalist style...
I love your fall arrangements! I just did something similar for my dining room table. I put a candle cup in the center of a plate of fall potpourri. So simple, yet so pretty! I think you have a better creative touch than you think.
ReplyDeleteI think that centerpiece is awesome. I'm just saying.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day. My best to Duke. :)
I love that idea, Ann...in fact, I may just add that to my list! Stay warm and bundled, my friend!...:)JP
ReplyDeleteYour decorating looks good to me! It's sunny and beautiful here this weekend but I'm spending time in bed anyway since I can't shake this cold. :(
ReplyDeleteI beg to differ about your decorating skills. This is beautiful and I could never have done it. Don't fight me on this because you will never win.
ReplyDeleteI disagree too - you have a flair for decorating and designing - are you kidding???
ReplyDeleteHaha- that's how I feel about my decorating ability, and you are much better at it than I am! This arrangement is very nice.
ReplyDeleteWell, you did a Beautiful Job of it!!!
ReplyDeletehughugs
That looks like a sweet arrangement! Whatever you do this weekend, be sure to give Duke some extra love and attention.
ReplyDeleteA little of both sounds good.
