With all the cold weather we've had I was seriously craving a great big bowl of beef stew. Last weekend I made a pot of it
Can't see too much of the beef in there but believe me it's in there. This was way more than we could eat so I froze half of it and we'll have more for another day.
Winter chill approved of this meal.
I eat a lot of stews in winter too! CUTE snowman :)

ReplyDeleteI have never been a big fan of stew, and I don't know why. For I love the usual ingredients--just not served in the form of a stew.
ReplyDeleteWe can't go small when we cook anything in a pot. Soup, Chili, Red sauce... it all ends up being a whole lot of food. Your stew looks sooo delicious! I'd love some.
