I recently saw the cutest bunnies on another blog and decided to try and copy it. I set out to make a pattern and came up with this. Now this guy may not be as cute as Denise's bunny over at The Krazy Kraft Lady but I thought it came out pretty cute. I wasn't entirely happy with the ears so I did do another and change them just a bit.
I used some very retro looking material that I picked up in a thrift shop. I've got a ton of this stuff and haven't been able to figure out what to use it on.
He even comes with a matching egg. For the egg I glued the fabric on to a plastic egg and then painted a layer of glue on top of it
Very cute bunny! LOVE that fabric!!
ReplyDeleteThey look very cute. The materials used for this makes it look wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYour bunny and egg turned out so cute! Love it :) Hope spring comes to you soon...
ReplyDeleteI think it came out great Ann! Cute fabric!! You could also have used mod podge on the egg. Of course, I'm someone who could put mod podge on EVERYTHING!! :)
