For the past several months I've been watching the gas prices slowly going down. I'm thrilled to say the least. So the other day when I was leaving work I snapped this picture of the gas sign across the street.
As happy as those numbers make me I was told that a gas station just over the Ohio line is down to $1.99 a gallon. I can't remember the last time I've seen prices this low.
I think our regular unleaded prices are down to around $1.90, but our suppliers are still doing better profit-wise in comparison to those in other states. For while 19 cents on every gallon is for taxes here, the taxes on your gas are around 40-50 cents a gallon (I think).
we are at 2.11 here, but in other parts of Florida 1.99.. we were all the way to 3.69 so the 2.l1 is good. we have a 10 cents a gallon tax on our gas, and i think PA has gas tax, that would be the difference in your OH and PA
Here in the Sioux City, Iowa area it's down to $1.98 the last time I checked.

ReplyDeleteThey are low indeed. We get our gasoline from Costco and today regular is $2.31 and premium is $2.51. So that's really good here too.

ReplyDeleteWe've seen it as low as 2.29 here in Cary, NC. I'm not sure about other parts of NC. We will be topping off our tank every day. :)
