Poor poor pitiful me. I'm lacking my crafty mojo and have been for some time now. It's been almost 3 months and I just don't seem to be able to get back in to the groove.
On my days off I try but I do more procrastinating than anything else. I thought maybe I should try and work on some Christmas projects but I don't even know what to make.
I don't even have any new pictures to show you.
How about 2 cats and a dog
I'll try and pin an idea down and hopefully get inspired

hope you get your mojo back soon. Everyone encounter this some time in their life
ReplyDeleteYou can't force talent like this, you must just wait till it comes. Then it is the best!
ReplyDeleteI can go totally mojo crazy on Pinterest!! SO many ideas...so little time!!
ReplyDeleteHave fun and remember...you WILL get that mojo back!!
I'm with you all the way here, it's just so annoying isn't it?
ReplyDeleteI keep starting things up but my heart isn't in it and I then pack it all away.
I thought maybe it was because of my age but you are a lot younger than me so maybe its just the winter coming on or something.
I have just been looking up making clip top purses to have a go at but who knows if I will get past the starting gate.
So its no good asking me for advice, lol

It will all come back to you at some point. You can't force that kind of thing. Hang in there Ann.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the pin cushion pic... that gets a big wow from me. so does super dog with his kitty pals... the mojo will mo jo when it is ready.. wish I were there and we could go out and find inspiration ... have you tried wandering through a Christmas aisle?? anywhere? or meandering through the internet.. for ideas I mean...
ReplyDeleteLaughed when a lady pulled into the store ahead of me with two huge shepherds in back. I passed her in the store in the cat food section and asked if she was feeding that to her dogs, mine always went for it. She laughed and said she had a 22 year old cat that was a picky eater. Phew, glad she didn't say sandwich spread. LOL
ReplyDeleteI'm not a crafty person. I'm a reader. I only care about reading, blogging and boating. Okay there is food and hubby, but you get the idea.
ReplyDeleteI hope you get your mojo back.
Have a fabulous day. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
I think your mojo took my mojo with it wherever mojo goes!
ReplyDeleteYou know I think Pinterest might be the guilty party! Too many ideas & then
ReplyDeleteI get swamped too! Hope you find something you just HAVE to make!
Never having had any mojo to begin with, I've always been admiring of your clever creative mind. I'm sure something will get it churning again. (I like the pin cushion photo...)
ReplyDeleteThey say "Time heals all wounds"...maybe we can come up with some NEW saying about crafting...Good things come with the craft of time...no, that's no good!! Think of something while I ponder....
ReplyDeleteLove your selfies...and you've lost weight?
Wishing some mojo to come your way soon.....
ReplyDeleteI'm with Marg. Sometimes it happens and you have to wait it out. In the meantime, take notes on things you like or that interest you. Take photos and draw inspiration. You can apply all of that when you are in the creating mode.
ReplyDeleteI hope you get your mojo back soon! I think when it gets closer to the holidays you may be more inspired.
ReplyDeleteCats and dog(s) will always work for me! Hope you can find your mojo soon, it's so frustrating when your muse goes on a walkabout 😔 Deb xo
