From the back yard

I looked out back the other day and couldn't figure out what I was seeing near the back of the yard. I grabbed my camera just in case it was something worth taking a picture of.

I thought they were rather interesting looking so I took two pictures. I've never seen any like these before.

    I am with you, never seen these or even a photo of them.. strange looking toad stools. and no room for the toads to sit under these.

    They are like Martian mushrooms & I just recently saw some very similar!
    I d say they are poisonous.

    Wow, I have never seen one like this, either! It is layered and frilly!! Quite beautiful, like out of a fairy tale illustration book. Don't eat it!!!

    Almost look like a fairy ring mushroom.They can grow fast.
