Green pastures

No cows here today and it's not even a pasture, just my neighbors lawn. I couldn't resist taking a picture of this rabbit who kindly waited for me to go get my camera. Luckily Gibbs didn't spot him or he would have been barking his head off.

  1. We had a little family of baby rabbits under our front bush and it drove the dogs nuts! They were really little, but it is amazing how fast they grow! I try very hard to keep the dogs away from that bush!

    1. I was surprised that Gibbs never even spotted this one. I think he was too busy keeping an eye on the birds.

  2. It's always good to see a rabbit. They seem like such innocent creatures. They never tease the dog or get a bad attitude like squirrels do.

  3. What a great photo. It was nice of him/her to wait for you to come back with the camera. :-) No rabbits here, just raccoons, a stray cat or two, butterflies, birds, bees.

Have a great day and upcoming week ~ FlowerLady

  7. The little bunny looks very contented to be resting in the green grass. Oh, the joy of being a kid again, laying in the grass looking up at the clouds and finding castles, cotton candy and all sorts of things in their shapes. Remember that? Now, if I laid in the grass for very long, I would need someone to help me up, or at least turn their head and not watch as I awkwardly made it up myself, LOL.
