I didn't do much to finish these lanterns off. Just painted them with some glitter paint which still keeps their color just adds a bit of shimmer. And then I glued on some bits and pieces that I had in my stash.
Here's a closer look and you can see some of the glittery paint. I painted one with a white glitter paint and this one with a green.
Now I need another crafty streak so I have something to post tomorrow.
They are beautiful, Ann.

ReplyDeleteYes! Perfect embellishments!
ReplyDeleteThanks. By tearing apart a cheap holiday pick I can decorate several
DeleteAbsolutely perfect! You've got to make these in the Summer so you can sell them in the Fall at a craft fair (or 2 or 3).
ReplyDeleteThanks. Actually the fall craft fair is debatable. I'm not sure if I can get myself motivated enough to make enough to take to a craft show. We'll have to see how the new year goes
DeleteOh how PRETTY, Ann!!! I love these little lanterns! I do believe your "crafty streak" is back. See, it was safe... tucked away until you wanted it once again. Lovingly, Andrea xoxo
ReplyDeleteThank you. The streak was short lived. Or it could be that I can only craft on my days off. I haven't done a thing since I made these on Monday

ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day, Ann. Big hug to you and tons of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
