Goodbye January, hello February.
The sun sure did look nice but don't let it fool you.
Jack Frost was hard at work. Thursday was at least slightly less frigid than it was on Wednesday.
The last two pictures are the frost that was on my storm door.
Oh MY!! Your frost pictures are GORGEOUS!! It looks like feathers. The weather is totally worth these pictures.
ReplyDeletethanks. I had to sharpen it a couple times to make it realy stand out
Deleteagree, the feathers looks fabulous...
DeleteI'm fascinated by the patterns frost make
DeleteSun!
ReplyDeleteI know, it was such a welcome sight
DeleteBeautiful photos of the frost! The only thing that I like about the intense cold is the sunshine. ^^ It warmed up here yesterday and the sun promptly disappeared.
ReplyDeletewe had sun again today. From inside it looks nice but you go out and still so cold
DeleteI love your frost pictures. They are beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteKeep warm ~ FlowerLady
It's supposed to break today I heard somewhere. I hope that's true.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous Friday, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
according to the weather on my phone it's supposed to warm up and be 51 by Wednesday (I think). Of course it will drop again but I'll take what we can get
DeleteLove those frost fotos!
ReplyDeletethanks. I sharpened it a couple times to make it stand out more
Deletelove those frost photos. wow... all that beautiful snow out your door. love seeing it from way down here... it really is pretty. glad you are warming up some... hope Friday treats you well
ReplyDeleteBurr....
ReplyDeleteNot as cold as you folks but was 17 yesterday morn when I woke, 30 degrees warmer this morn. Every time I think I might shake this head crap the weather changes and it is questionable as if I will get rid of it. Yep....glad Jan is gone and hoping the new yr starts to look up some. Stay warm.
ReplyDeleteThe up and down weather seems to make it hard to shake a cold
DeleteSpring can't be far. Sure will be nice to have some warmer temps. You all have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteI am so ready for it
Deletethe frost patterns always amaze me. A few friends are adding glycerin to bubble mix and getting some neat shots of frozen bubbles with a frosty pattern.
ReplyDeleteThey are pretty amazing. The glycerin bubble mix sounds fascinating
DeleteBrrr...Frost is so cool looking though. Hope you don't get to cold there. It's chilly here but not as bad as others are getting so I'm not complaining.
ReplyDeleteIt does look cold, but at least the sun is out! I love the pictures. :)
ReplyDeleteSeeing the sun makes it all seem better. There are far too many gray days during winter
