Test run

Since mother's day is getting close I decided I needed to come up with something special to do at work. I searched pinterest and came up with my own version of something I saw there.

I took a 1/4 sheet cake which is a 13x9 size cake and cut it in 4 pieces and I also used 6 cupcakes.

In case you aren't sure it's supposed to be flowers in a vase. The one I saw on Pinterest used cupcakes for the whole thing but I chose to use the cut cake instead. Of course when I do these for mother's day they will say something different but I put the hello spring on this one so I could put it out in the case now.

    1. As I was doing the leaves I kept thinking you really should be spacing these better but since it was just a test run I didn't worry about it too much
