Satisfying a craving

For the last couple weeks I've really been wanting to make some kind of soup but I haven't been able to decide on what kind. While in Walmart on Saturday I decided I was going to buy what I needed to make some. I pulled out my phone and went to my soup board on Pinterest. I decided on a soup called Tuscan sausage and white bean.

Along with some garlic bread it was a most delicious meal. If I were to make this again I might add more beans and I would definitely add some spinach.

    1. It's hard to remember who all I follow on Pinterest. The way they've changed it it seems like I rarely see pins from people I follow.

  8. Well look at you making soup from scratch! It does look delightful along with the garlic toast. I am not a soup eater, I don't get the point of it LOL The only soup I have ever really enjoyed is tomato soup...nowadays I buy Progresso Hearty Tomato, along with a grilled cheese sandwich, it's a fine meal for me. Any other kind of soup I take a pass on (except for avgolemon soup.) I can't even imagine making soup from scratch.

    1. I always thought that making soup from scratch was really hard until I started seeing how they were doing it in the deli at work. It's way easier than I ever thought. I don't think there's a soup that I don't like.

    1. I like making a big pot of soup so that it lasts a few days and then if I get tired of eating it I can always freeze it too

  12. once again I am odd person out. I do not care for soup, I need food to chew or I feel like I am not eating. I love chili, and I like veggie beef soup, full of taters and carrots and been, chewing food.. also I don't care for sausage so that lets it out also. looks like everyone but me loves soups... I also don't like salads... so when a restaurant offers soup and salad with all you can eat bread, I eat the bread others don't eat. good for you maing soup and using your phone to find the ingredients. I do love techie stuff and that fits under techie.
