Love the deer! I think since they're wooden, staining them in shades of brown would be a terrific way to use "nature" colors against a green pine tree!
Those are beautiful. We bought Nick a laser cut ornament a few years ago that was beautiful, these are just as beautiful. You are sure creative and talented.

They are cute! I think the wood that you used takes the paint oddly. Is that balsa wood?
