Yesterday was a rough day. All day long my back, hip and shoulder hurt. Then I came home and mowed the lawn. After making myself a sandwich for dinner I was exhausted and had no energy or brain power left to do a post. Tomorrow I will be back to answer all the questions you had on yesterdays post.
My three kids are all in their 50's now and complain about more aches and pains than I do, lol
ReplyDeleteIt's called getting old Anne and it's a bugger.

I am waiting to hear if when you get up today you feel better, sometimes when I make myself do something like you did it makes me feel better the next day, sometimes NOT. i have apost coming up about what happens when you pass 70. ha ha ho ho he he...
ReplyDeleteAwwww... I"m so sorry, Ann. I wish our bodies didn't hurt so much as we got older. We had sandwiches for supper yesterday too. Perhaps it was a sandwich-type day for many of us. Hope you get to feeling better. Does Tylenol or Motrin help any? ~Andrea xoxo
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better today Ann!
ReplyDeleteTurst me honey, it's only the beginning!! Yesterday I pre-hiked an upcoming hike...just for kicks and grins...yep, 7 miles of down to the river, along the river, then climbing up to an overlook before heading out. I worked up a sweat at one point although the trekking poles helped tremendously. Age is just a number...most of the time...jp
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better this day...I have been going through a rough patch myself.
ReplyDeleteSorry you had a painful day yesterday. And THEN you came home and mowed the lawn. No wonder you were too exhausted to do anything after dinner. Hope you feel better today.
ReplyDeleteBut aren't we lucky to have these aches and pains - many have not
ReplyDeletelived long enough to experience the joys of aging. To quote Leonard Cohen, "I ache in places I didn't know I had". ^^
I hope you are feeling better today!
ReplyDeleteHopefully you can find someone to do the lawn for you in the future. Sorry you are hurting...I know the feeling all too well!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you had such a rough day yesterday. I hope today is a better day. Take care of yourself.
ReplyDeleteHave a pain free day, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
I hope you're feeling better today and that you can find someone to do your yard work. I worry about you.
ReplyDeleteAwww, I hope you get some good rest. So what causes this pain, do you have arthritis? I hope you will be able to hire maybe a teenager to do your yard work
ReplyDeleteHope your feeling better now. Take care.
ReplyDeletemight be time for an annual check up with the health care person...maybe you've entitled to some extra money to assist with garden/lawn care.
