Iris overload

I went to the backyard to check on the Japanese iris again. The last time I looked at them there was one blooming with lots of buds. This time it's a blooming overload.


Let's take a closer look.



Depending on whether they are in the sun or the shade they look like two different colors.



And just one more for good measure.

  3. sunshine always paints what it touches and makes it look better. a photo of a house looks so much better if it has sun shining on it. these are gorgeous. I would pick a few and put in my kitchen

  6. Those are beautiful! I have plans to plant iris bulbs in the fall along with daffodils and tulips! We'll see if it happens!
