I'm almost certain I've mentioned multiple times on here, how much I truly hate to do full sheet cakes. A couple weeks ago I had not one but two of them to do by 11:00 on a Sunday morning. I lucked out and the deli manager who works my days off in the bakery frosted both of them for me the day before. All I had to do was pull them out and decorate them. I still procrastinated on getting to them but it did make it easier.
For someone who hates doing something, you do it so beautifully! You are such an example of someone who takes pride in their work and does the best they can. Seems like nowadays people just try to get by with the very least they can do, and don't care.
ReplyDeleteI love looking at your cakes, but I'm sorry the big ones are such a pain for you. ❤️
ReplyDeletethe 80 year old must have a large family, odd to get a full sheet cake for a birthday.. they are beautiful, I assume they are harder to do because of the size.
ReplyDeleteBut you did a good job anyway!
ReplyDeleteBoth cakes came out beautiful. Is it the large size that you hate?
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful...I bet they take a ton of icing/frosting..n
ReplyDeleteI don't know why you hate them so much...You Always do a beautiful job of it!!
