Saturday 8/17, I went to Amanda's house to drop off the t-shirts I had made for her. As soon as I walked in the door there was an outside chair sitting there with Kind Milo curled up on it. I said hello to King Milo and commented on him having his very own throne. Amanda said it had been out in the yard and when it started raining they brought it in and Milo claimed it as his own.
She has a butterfly bush growing right next to her porch and I sat and watched all the butterflies landing on it.
I counted 3 butterflies. Milo clearly adores his new chair. The flowers are beautiful, and a nice variety. I can't identify any of them!
ReplyDeletewe call our KING, BOSS. ha ha.. I guess she will be keeping that chair inside now. so sweet. love the flowers. if I could get my brain together I should by 2 potted butterfly plants and sit them out back to draw the butterflies. we had a passion plant that covered the fences but the drought claimed its life
ReplyDeleteI just want to hug King Milo...I always go for tabby cats. I would've told have a butterfly bush...
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute cat! I miss my butterfly bush. They do attract SO many butterflies. Her yard is gorgeous.

Pretty flowers and cute cat!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie King Milo is! The king of his domain :) Beautiful flowers! Lovely to watch the butterflies for a while.
ReplyDeleteKitties always know where the best spots are to sit! No doubt he watches the butterflies from there too.
ReplyDeleteyou know i love the flowers.....and cats are like that, they claim what they want and you usually don't get it back till they decide to claim another spot
ReplyDeleteYou asked how I took that first sunset photo. There is a round gazebo there, and I centered it through an opening.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a nice Saturday and I love how Milo has taken over the chair. Her garden looks lovely.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great place for Milo to take a nap!!
