The weather has been all over the place. We've had summer like weather with lots of sunshine, we've had snow, frost and rain with temperatures both high and low.
On Sunday 3/16 we had hail. We actually had it on the 20th as well but I didn't take more pictures or video that day.
Good grief! It's making quite a noise. And it's even bouncing on the grass!

ReplyDeleteI have only seen hail once in my life, and never heard it like this. wow on the bouncing around weather patterns all in one place.. I had to turn the AC on for a couple of hours to cool the house down, it was 82 and 92% humidity yesterday. and like Jean am dreading the HEAT that is on the way
ReplyDeleteWe've had a couple of hailstorms recently. It always amazes me how quickly the hailstones melt.
ReplyDeleteIt's been a crazy March here too. One day 80 the next 40. Wind, storms, tornados...I am not a fan of Spring here in the Midwest.
ReplyDeleteGoodness!! SO glad they were small! We once had baseball size hit us briefly...broke windows and tore up our roof. Just a few seconds and it did tones of damage. Our cars were under cover, thank goodness.

We once had to have our whole roof replaced. Wacky weather we have all been getting but no hail, touching wood as I say that :)

We've had crazy weather too but this week we've had mostly sunny days. It's just been cold!

ReplyDeleteYesterday it was 83F and today it might reach 65F..tomorrow low 60'sF and rain.. this time of year always gives my sinuses fits...

ReplyDeleteHail is a serious thing around here. just the mention of hail can throw my husband into a tizzy. When freshly grafted trees are in the field, a hail storm can wipe out an entire crop...
