On Tuesday March 18th Presley came to hang out with me while her mom and dad were working. It was so much fun. We started with a selfy
We did all kinds of things. We put out some Easter decorations, we did some crafts, we played teacher and student, had drawing contests, played outside and washed and painted rocks.
It's hard to see but Presley is back by that dead tree just off my property. She was fascinated by all the dead wood laying on the ground. She kept dragging pieces down to the house and then used a hammer to smash it and break it up.
She wanted to wash the rocks so we could paint them. I forgot to get a picture of the ones we painted and she took those home with her.
You were making such fun memories for her! And she is getting to look more and more like you.

ReplyDeleteNow that is a fun day, and its fun for both of you.. she is really concentrating on her drawing. was she copying your self portrait? I love the idea of teacher/student game. your day was for sure well spent. I did zoom the photo and find her by the tree.
ReplyDeleteWhat a special day! She looks a lot like you. Making art and spending time with a grand is just the best! Painting rocks--I plan to do that with the boys once I move. I even got some rocks from beside my patio and washed them in preparation already--lol! I've never done it...yet! ;)
