Looking up

Looking up could mean that there are brighter days ahead. A bad day is about to turn into a good one. It could just mean that you are pointing your eyes upwards.

Why would you want to look up? There's plenty of reasons.

According to google three good reasons for looking up are

1. Physical well being such as combatting tech neck, reducing eye strain and boosting energy and circulation

2. For mental and emotional health such as reducing stress and anxiety, fostering creativity and insight and connecting with nature and fostering mindfulness

3. For improved productivity and cognitive function such as enhancing focus and concentration, boosting productivity and sharpening mental clarity.

It didn't mention looking up to give thanks and praise to God for all that he has done for you.

And maybe the most simple reason of all is just because the clouds and sky are pretty

  9. Love watching the clouds. The older I get looking up (instead of watching where your feet are going) seems to be something I need to remember to do when walking.

  17. I enjoyed this, a very interesting post Ann :) I am always looking up, just to look at the clouds. I saw once that looking up was good exercise for your eyes, plus looking from left to right, not necessary all in that order..
