Enso

This is another freebie that I got through hinge health. It's an Enso which works the same as a Tens device. This however is wireless and portable. It came with the unit which is the white square thing in the picture.. It attaches to one of the gel pads and it's controlled through the Hinge Health app

I've only tried it on my knee so far but when I'm done my knee does feel better.

From google: The Enso used patented Hybrid-form Impulse Therapy (HFIT) waveforms, which are different from the impulses of traditional TENS devices, to provide tailored pain relief.

  1. That's very interesting Linda, if you have continued success with this I might be tempted.

  3. I remember using the Tens Unit on my patients in the hospital years ago. It looked very similar to your Enso. How nice that you got it for free!!! That sure is a nice program you've tapped into. Love, Andrea xoxo
