A new business opened up in my little town. It's called Maple Timber Coffee. They serve delicious hot and cold drinks as well as breakfast and lunch items. I've been reading a lot about it on on Facebook and have wanted to stop.
Last Saturday I finally did before I headed over to Walmart to do my weekly shopping.
This used to be a pizza shop. The inside looked really nice and I snapped a quick picture while the girl was preparing my delicious drink
I ordered the gingerbread chai and someone described it on Facebook as Christmas in a cup. Let me just say WOW. It was amazing. A little more expensvie than I would normally pay but makes for a nice treat every now and then
It sounds wonderful! They have a nice big sign, too
ReplyDeleteHmmm, now I'm wondering if our local coffee shops would have this flavor...
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a cozy place to have coffee with a friend!
ReplyDeleteYou deserve to treat yourself and it looks like a nice place to go, maybe with Amanda for breakfast or lunch
ReplyDeleteIt is always fun to find a new place that you enjoy and I think it is great that you treat yourself. That sign alone will bring people in on a cold wintry day.
ReplyDeleteLove chai and I bet the gingerbread flavor really was Christmas in a cup.
ReplyDeleteLooks pretty snowy and col in your neck of the woods.
Stay warm and safe.

A special treat every now and then is well deserved. But the gingerbread coffee will probably be gone soon so maybe you should get a treat more often for a while--lol! ;)
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a great treat, a mini adventure. That's my favorite kind. 😊
ReplyDeleteLove the smell of coffee but don't like it. :)
ReplyDeleteSome people put Maple in their coffee too.
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting because as many new SB's going up, so are little coffee shoppes. It's neat to see.
ReplyDeleteThat's great. I'm glad you stopped in there and enjoyed your drink.
ReplyDeleteI don't drink coffee, but I know in our small town we have two Starbucks and at least 5 other small specialty coffee/tea shops. I'm starting to get FOMO.
