I couldn't imagine how you could lose weight until I went back and re-read it. I've been following a book called The Starch Solution by Dr. Mcdogall and watching Plentiful Kiki on Youtube who lost 70 pounds on the diet. It's really a healthy and enjoyable way of eating and I lost 14 pounds in 3 months and I have only 5 pounds to go.. I've done shake diets before and I love the convenience of it..
