Of a day lily
We all do foolish things, but make sure you do them with enthusiasm.
Nina Waters
Arranging a bowl of flowers in the morning can give a sense of quiet in a crowded day - like writing a poem or saying a prayer.
Anne Morrow Lindbergh

My favorite Lily, the Tiger Lily. At least that is what I think it is. I had a wonderful dog named Tiger Lily. Hope you have a super day.
ReplyDeleteWhen I first looked, I thought that Duke had certainly changed a lot since the last time I was here, but Arlynda slapped some sense into me (according to her). She then informed me that they are actually some lovely pictures of a lily. By the way, please tell Duke I really appreciate how concerned he has been about me, and that you will be frying up a slab of bacon for him as soon as humanly possible.
ReplyDeleteDaylilies make me smile too!
