Art of sorts

While trying to avoid more productive tasks I pulled a picture from the archives and did some playing around with it.
I was going to show you the original picture but after spending 20 minutes searching the archives trying to remember what folder it's in I gave up. I do seem to have a real problem with misplacing things lately don't I.

Any way I majorly cropped this picture, added texture and a few other things and here it is.

To further delay any type of responsible activity I took the picture to pic monkey and did some more playing.

After adding the frame I'm thinking I should go out and but a frame and mat for this picture but I don't know how Duke would feel about a cat hanging on the wall

  3. it is beautiful, have you tried adding texture in PicMonkey? silly question and i know it. it looks great in the frame. i hate when i lose a photo, i have done that, and a couple of times i worked and worked in PSE and loved what i saved, closed the program and the could not find the photo...gone gone gone... also once i saved and closed and i had saved the photo in some kind of weird file that would not open....

  6. I think that's the only kind of cat Duke would put up with inside his house. I'm just saying. I like it and I love the frame.

  9. I like the second one best. I love that the cat matches the pole and the big pop of green with the tree. I use Piccy and Pic Monkey...how did you do this, what kind of texture did you add??

  11. Speaking of hiding stuff from yourself, I like to title my computer file folders with something catchy that alludes to what is contained therein, which is really cool until later on when I have no idea what I was alluding to. No, there is no need to mention what Arlynda thinks about it. Sigh.

  13. The picture is very lovely. It does go very well in the frame. It's hard to keep track of pictures when there are many...I sometimes have to spend long time to find one picture.
