Or make that peat pots. I bought a package of those biodegradable seed starter pots at the dollar store to do some crafting with.
The first one I glued on some yellow tissue paper then added a barnyard picture. I grunged it up a little and added a tea light.
This one I simply made the egg label in photoshop and glued it on. The eggs are another project I've been working on.
The third one became a nest for that bird I made a while back. I added a ribbon at the top, some twine at the bottom and a picture and label that I printed out. I also added just a touch of glitter.
I kind of liked the bird sitting in there so I did some playing with the picture.
Tomorrow I'll be back with some other things I've worked on.
They are all very pretty, Ann, and I like the rope wrapped eggs and little bird you also made!
ReplyDeleteThe third one is my favorite, it is DIVINE!!! And cute, and cool!
ReplyDeleteI love them all!! I really wish I had more time to craft and less cleaning to do!
ReplyDeleteSuch creativity! I'm in awe :)
ReplyDeleteThose Easter decorations are amazing, Ann! I love the birdy :)
ReplyDeleteAnn, these pots are simply adorable !! I love them!...:)JP
ReplyDeletemy favorite of the pots themselves is the first one, i like the others but that first pot is really cool and arty looking. you could put the eggs in it or the chicken in it, all of the contents would look great in all of the pots... you done GOOD... I give you A ++ on all three .. you need to take days off again...
ReplyDeleteWhat great uses for those peat pots. I thought you were going to tell us you used them for planting and I was going to be even more jealous if you can garden as well as craft.
ReplyDeleteHow cute! I keep trying to remember to buy those peat pots for craft projects and forget! Of course, DH has to go EVERYWHERE that I go, so a trip to the dollar store is out of the question. (He isn't the best "browsing" shopper. Too impatient.) And we don't go to Wal-Mart very often anymore either. LOL, I guess I need to just order off of the internet!
ReplyDeleteAnd YOU said you hadn't been doing Anything but lazing around!!!Hahaaa...YOU been BUSY!
ReplyDeleteTOO CUTE Girl!

ReplyDeleteYour eggs look like a potent source of fiber. Sorry, I would not say "good" until further FDA testing is completed.
ReplyDeleteVery cute. I like what you did with the picture on the last one.
