You gotta eat a lot of popsicles

If you want to craft with Popsicle sticks you can a) eat a lot of Popsicles or b) dig through your craft stash and find the craft sticks that you bought ages ago and never used.

I chose b. First time around I painted after assembly but then I got smart and painted first. It takes 16 sticks to complete this project.

Since I had regular size sticks and the larger ones I made both sizes. Handy dandy Popsicle stick frames that are now holding things I found online and printed.

The larger one on the left has a pretty crappy paint job because that's the one I painted after I put it together. Also I discovered that I originally had it backwards. The way you see it here is how you are supposed to display it. I on the other hand was thinking it was supposed to be like this.

I suppose you could technically display it either way. However, you're supposed to add additional decorations to it which I haven't done yet because I'm not sure what I want to put on it. I thought maybe flowers but I'm not quite sure.

  10. Of course you know I like the blue color best, and if you can easily change the insert (I don't know if they are glued in or what) I could certainly find a use for one of those!
