These next two are as simple as can be and yet I found them totally adorable.
So if you were to carve a pumpkin would you go with the traditional triangle eyes and nose and crooked mouth or do you like the elaborate carvings?
They are all really cute. I like the pirate best. It is not easy to do! I would probably try to carve something kind of friendly or funny.

Deleteafter seeing the two adorable at the end, I think I like those better than the decorated and traditional styles. the small round eyes are so cute... it would be easier to decorate like the first ones, for me anyway... what a fun thing to do with punkins

Being that I can't carve pumpkins to look like anything I would go traditional but being the creative person I am if I could carve I would go with something else...something cool....when my kids got older we painted our pumpkins. HAHA that should not surprise you at all. Cute pumpkins.

DeleteOhhhh, the 'adorable ones' (last two) are best. I don't carve pumpkins any more, but if I did, it'd be a cat or moon with a haunted tree...maybe a witch.
ReplyDeleteThe last time I carved pumpkins was years ago. Irene, our daughter, was helping. And when I looked over to see what she was carving, she had pumpkin slime under her nose (she had an itch, and rubbed her nose) that was so gross, that was the end of my pumpkin carving days!

DeleteWe are simple here. Traditional, I guess. I haven't gotten our pumpkins yet--we are going to the pumpkin patch this weekend. I hope that darn squirrel doesn't eat them again this year.

DeleteI like the third one from the top. I don't think I have ever carved a pumpkin - just not a thing when I was a kid I guess. Or not a thing where I lived, who remembers.
