I wandered through a store called Gabes while I was out on Monday. They had a small section with tables and shelves and such. These are crappy pictures because I took them quick with my cell phone but I liked the looks of these. I'm sort of fond of rustic looking things.

I like rustic also. and like both of these, the first photo, sticking out from behind it on the left is the table that BB keeps knocking over, 3 sticks and a top

DeleteI like wood, especially unpainted wood, but I kinda prefer a sleeker finish, myself. My new desk is 'rustic' and as such the top is not a smooth as it could be (or should be for a desk) but I do like the natural look of it.

DeleteI would love to look around this place. Is it very expensive? I really like the farmhouse look. The second picture, I would buy that with everything still on top of it, and put it in my house without changing a thing.
ReplyDeleteNo it's not real expensive. Their prices are pretty reasonable. I think the thing that appealed to me most about the second picture was all the stuff they had displayed there.
