A view

Just a view I took out of the car window while I waited for my daughter.


I picked her up at work yesterday then we went to Walmart so she could pick up a few things. Then she bought me lunch at Subway and we came back to my house so she could cook a big turkey dinner. It was her and her boyfriend and his family for dinner. Gibbs was all wound up with all that activity in the house.

    Sounds like a really good day. The picture is so pretty! I would like to see it in the spring, too.

    It looks so desolate, what I imagine Kansas looks like - read about your family dinner on FB yesterday - sounds like a really nice day all around.

      It was a nice day. I agree it does look a bit desolate. I don't know much about what Kansas looks like.

      Yes, turkey dinner is always good. Leftovers work for me especially now that it's just me. I like to cook once and eat the same thing for several days.

      It always feels like it takes forever for spring to arrive. Winter seems like the longest season to me and most likely because it's my least favorite
