these are my kind of flowers. I love them growing wild, not in a trimmed and neat garden... that petaless flower is gorgeous
Love to find splashes of colors in places like this. Along some roads we see coneflowers and I love that.
That second shot is wonderful...
Thanks. It's actually one that I cropped close to focus on the dead flower head. I was pretty pleased with it
Again...VERY pretty! I too like the petal-less one.
who knew a dead flower could catch my eye
So pretty. My favorite is the first picture of all the cheerful daisies.
I like that one too. I've always liked daisies
I wish I could have gone with you. Beautiful park.Have a fabulous day, my friend. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥
Me too, we could have had a lot of fun
The flowers are awesome! So glad you had a nice time at the park.
I like all the stages of flowers...I think they are just as interesting at the end as they are in the bud stage.
I totally agree
I just left my son's after babysitting and saw that he has a ton of Shastas! I'll have to remember to get some extra seed from him...:)jp
Lots of pretty flowers. We like the color of that Lily too. We don't have many flowers around our yard this year. You have a great day Ann.
I don't have many flowers in my yard either. I'm not much of a gardener. I sure wish I was though
I am normally drawn to the dead ones also.....they hold seeds. I tend to pluck them from stem and make sure they are dry, holding on to them till next yr.
Good thinking. Maybe I should have grabbed some but I'm betting they frown upon that
Hi Ann i am new to your blog ,love the pics of the pretty flowers, what a lovely post, thankyou for sharing xx
