Scrap fabric and felt

This project was made using some felt and a bit of scrap fabric. There are two versions. One with beads and one without.


The pennants for this garland are rather small measuring only around 3 inches. I didn't measure to see how long each garland was but they aren't very long. I didn't sew the fabric all the way down on the felt I simply did a running stitch across the tops of each pennant going through the fabric and felt.

    It is a pretty fall pennant. I like the one with the beads the best. Where will you hang it?

      Thanks. I hung the one without the beads in my kitchen window. I was going to ask my daughter if she wanted the other one

      The one without the beads is the one I chose to keep for myself and the other I am giving to my daughter

      Thanks. Everyone seems to like that one better. I probably would have done both with beads but didn't have enough and this was a use what you have project.
