Put it all together and what have you got?

A very impressive box card.

If fancy card is what you're looking for, then this one fits the bill

Here's a view from the side

One more from the front

And the whole thing folds flat to put into an envelope for mailing.

I don't know if I would want to make a lot of these. It took me forever to get the ambition to just cut out all the pieces. Once I cut them I was a bit confused on how to put them all together. I had to watch the instruction video provided. This was another free cut file from SVGcuts.com

  1. Wow! I have never seen anything like this! It is fantastic and amazing. I cannot even see how someone could make it! Who will you send it to? It is a wonderful gift in itself!

  2. That's impressive! I agree, it would be tedious to have to make many of them, but I hope you have a feeling of accomplishment. :)

  3. It looks like a 3D card!
Apart from the fact that you have to cut a lot, I don't find it difficult to make such a card. Nicely done!

  14. Ginny, thanks. I haven't decided who I'll send this one too yet but there are several birthdays coming up

CheerfulMonk thanks and yes I do have a feeling of accomplishment

Ella, yep, it's definitely 3D. Once I saw how it went together it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be

    Laurel thank you

Anni thanks so much. I've seen lots of box cards but this is the first one I've tried

    Cynthia thank you

Grace, thanks so much. I think of all the butterflies the green one is the one I was the least pleased with. I didn't care for the way I colored it, yet when I look at it in the picture it doesn't look so bad

    Sandee thanks.

Catherine, it's sitting on my window sill right now so I can enjoy it until I decide who to give it to
