Keeper of the goat
My boss's daughter bought him a screaming goat for Christmas. It's a little plastic goat that when you push it down it makes a screaming sound. It's supposed to be some kind of stress reliever. He brought it into the bakery one day and told me I was the official Keeper of the goat. Throughout the day when he gets annoyed with someone or something he comes in and makes the goat scream.
Yikes, this is kind of weird! Interesting, though.

I think this is great in a way. As long as the goat keeper isn't at fault. 😁

I saw those online when I was shopping for a white elephant gift. Is it annoying or funny? I would think annoying lol.

ReplyDeleteI've never understood this affection for goats and a screaming goat toy? Noo - doesn't he have an office to put it in? Can't imagine having to listen to that even once...

Sandi, it is a fun little gift and I think my boss enjoyed it
Grace, the advantage to not having great hearing is that I can barely hear it. He does have an office but I think he just wants an excuse to come in and visit us in the back.
My question is, are you allowed to use it when you are stressed???

ReplyDeleteHAHA....I have a couple of Dammit Dolls.... THey don't make noise but I slam it on the desk, counter, whatever and yell dammit.
